The Global Eco Resource Management Institute (GERMI) is a registered   society founded by former Professor/ Agricultural Scientist of Birsa Agricultural University, Ranchi, who witnessed the struggles of farmers across India—limited access to schemes, insecure livelihoods, and environmental challenges.

It is established with the view to bridge the gap between community survival and environmental preservation. Our narrative is defined by the belief that sustainable progress is only possible when we empower the people who live closest to the land. Through rigorous conservation initiatives and renewable energy advocacy, we have fostered environmental resilience in both urban centers and rural landscapes, ensuring that natural resources remain a legacy for generations to come.
